Processing Time

IT’s Made is a one-person shop, and every item is handcrafted only after an order is placed. Depending on fabric availability, processing time typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days before your order is shipped. I always strive to begin work as soon as possible; however, please understand that I occasionally need to order specific fabrics and wait for them to arrive.

Note: I keep a much larger selection of fabrics in my personal stash than what is listed online. If you have a specific color or vision in mind that you don’t see here, please feel free to contact me—I would love to help you find the perfect match!

Color Accuracy

I make every effort to display my products and fabrics in their truest colors. However, please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly due to the unique settings and calibrations of different digital screens.

Shipping & Pickup

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions at checkout.

Local Pickup: For those nearby, local pickup is available in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC. Select this option at checkout to skip the shipping fees.

Return & Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, I do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order once it arrives, please reach out—I am more than happy to assist you!
